1. What languages does voice transcription support?
Primarily Chinese (Mandarin) and English. AI detects language automatically and transcribes. Other languages may work but accuracy is not guaranteed — Chinese and English give the best results.
2. What's the difference between the three interpretation styles?
Modern Psychology focuses on the link between dream content and daily stress, emotions, and cognitive states. Freudian digs into symbolic repression and unconscious desires from a classical psychoanalytic lens. Cultural Symbolism interprets universal archetypes across traditions (water, flight, labyrinth, etc.). All three are saved so you can compare.
3. Where is my data stored? Is it private?
Dreams are stored in Supabase with row-level security — each user's data is fully isolated. AI interpretations are processed via Sanva's self-hosted AI gateway (newapi.zweiteng.tk); your queries are not retained by any third-party LLM provider. Optional iCloud encrypted sync is coming soon.
4. What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free saves up to 5 dreams with limited daily AI interpretations (typically 3). Pro unlocks unlimited entries + unlimited interpretations + long-term pattern analysis (mood charts / keyword cloud / AI summary) + priority generation lane. Pro includes a 7-day free trial.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro features stay usable until then.
6. How do I delete my account?
App → Profile → Account settings → Delete account. After your confirmation, all data (dream entries, interpretations, emotion history) is cascade-deleted immediately and permanently erased from our servers within 7 days.
